HUD will not restart following table change in MTT

Hi,

I'm playing on the ipoker network using PT3. My set up works fine for cash and STT tables, when I play an MTT however the HUD (which is there at the start) disappears as soon as I move tables - never to return. Can anybody help me with this one?

I'm using version 3.10 of PT.

If you stop and restart the auto import process, the HUD should reappear.

I'm in a MTT now and I've just tried this but to no avail. I also tried restarting PT3 but again no dice.

Any other suggestions?

Please try upgrading to our latest beta version - that may help fix things for you (though you may still need to restart auto import).

Hi sorry to be so long getting back on this. I downloaded the latest and basically found that sometimes the HUD would load and sometimes it will not following a Stop / Start import. Is the timing of the restart in some way important?

It shouldn't be - please reproduce and report the problem so that we can investigate further for you.

I've sussed this one now, I was using Poker Spy as well, if I shut down Poker Spy then I get the HUD back after a restart.
