Installation problem ?? please help

Was looking at the support on the website while trying to configure postgreSQL Server and I have all the correct information according to the guide and when i hit connect it says " unable to connect to this database, please check the configuration" and when i hit cancel it says "pt wont be able to operate without postgreSQL installed and configure" anyone know how to fix this please help ??

I installed pt free trial years ago if this has anything to do with it ??

If you've tried another tracker, try the password 'postgrespass'.

Another possible issue is that your firewall could be interfering with PostgreSQL so please check our Firewall Guide.
