HUD Troubles

I had PT3 installed on my computer and used the 60 day trial. I have just purchased it, registered my code, opened it up, clicked on begin auto-import ..hands are being imported it shows, but I have no HUD. It worked for the free trial, and now it doesn't work when I payed for it..anyone?

Please check the FAQ: PT3 HUD for solutions to common issues and a link to how to report your problem for further investigation if it doesn't help.

Yea ..there is no solution at that link for me ..I have an open ticket for my problem but unfortunately I've had only 1 reply in almost 6 hours and it was of no help..
