iPoker (Virgin) not display HUD

Hello,
I play on Virgin, BetClic, EuroBet etc... (Italy) and i configure PokerTracker with iPoker network.
The hand history is set to english and the hands are imported correctly.
But i don't see the HUD displayed on the table, why?

Unless things are different in Italy, those sites are actually on the Boss Network.
If you are playing tournaments then the HUD will not work with Boss tournament tables because their tournament table windows are not identified so cannot be found by PT3.

If they actually use the iPoker software in Italy, then...

Do you have the poker software installed in English?
If not, try reinstalling in English - the table window title needs to match the hand history in order for PT3 to find it and if it is not in English then that won't work.

Other than that please check the FAQ: PT3 HUD for other common issues.

I think in Italy this poker room are on Playtech iPoker network.
A site that is under Bossmedia is "Lottomatica", the interface is entirely in italian language, but PokerTracker works fine with it.
Also I see the HUD displayed on the table.
But Virgin Poker, Eurobet etc... don't show to me the HUD (the automatic imported of the hands works fine...)

Is the title bar of the table window in English? If not, you will need to reinstall in English for full PT3 support.

Otherwise, please check the FAQ: PT3 HUD which has solutions to common issues and a link to how to report your problem if it doesn't help.

OK,
I will open a ticket with my problem.
Virgin Poker Lobby and the table are already in english, and I notice reading italian forum that other people have similar problem.

Please attach a hand history file and a screenshot of the table window along with your log files showing you playing at a single table and that should let us see what is going on.
