Freezing on MAC OS

Postby dvittomc » Wed Dec 07, 2011 8:15 am

Hi, I just sent a ticket but also wanted to put this in the Forum.

So...

Installation worked perfectly, with no problems at all, my PS hands were imported and everything seemed to work.

But when running the program it keeps freezing as soon as I for example try to configure the HUD, when I click 'Apply' MAC's classic pinwheel appears and I have to kill the process.
Also happens when trying to stop the HUD, it freezes.

Plus on the Pokerstars Configuration Tab it says "PokerStars does not seem to be installed." But I see STATS... weird right?

Also NO STATS are showed on the tables. Nothing. I am missing the small black window next to each player with their stats.
I can only see STATS on the PT window.

I read a lot of documentation and in the forum, my cache is 100%, I tried rebooting, I re-installed the newest version, PS is configured in English... I think I ran out of options.

I am on a MacBook Pro with Snow Leopard 10.6.7 Os X.
PT version is now 3.11.6 BETA (I also tried 3.10 before, but the same happened)

If anyone knows something about it I appreciate.

Thanks in advance!

G.

When you click Begin Auto Import does it say in the status window at the bottom that there are a lot of files in your PokerStars directory?

Not at all.

Nothing weird appears.

2011/12/07 14:10:18: Auto-Import beginning
2011/12/07 14:10:18: PokerStars: Starting auto-import.

And it looks like it works

Then please enable logging by checking Configure --> Options --> Logging Enabled, restart PT3, reproduce and report this problem so that we can investigate further for you.

Please also report your problem - it could be a completely different issue but your logs will let us see what is going on.
