Problems with Bet365

Postby tricil » Thu Feb 02, 2012 7:51 pm

Hi there,

I have been testing the PT4 beta for a few days now and I am very exciting about how well everything works already. Obviously, you guys put a lot of work into this tool, which will probably be really awesome at the time of its official release.

As for now, I noticed only a few issues yesterday and today: The first two problems have already been existing in PT3 for a while now and are specific to Bet365. I played on a couple of iPoker skins before and never had a problem with Pokertracker. However, PT seems to have trouble with Bet365's Premium 9-max tables. On the one hand, the HUD seems to be one seat off sometimes, which is not a big deal as you can easily move stats. On the other hand, and this is a real issue, PT does not show any HUD at all, when playing at two premium tables with one table name containing the other, e.g.

Premium 9-Max 4a
Premium 9-Max 4aa

This problem has been existing in Pokertracker (3 and 4) versions at least since last November and it would be really great if you could take a look into this and fix it.

One new minor issue in PT4, that I have noticed, is that popups sometimes pop up again at one table, when multi-tabling (and opening popups) at another table inbetween. Not sure whether this problem has been reported before or whether it is Bet365/iPoker specific too but I thought it would be worth mentioning.

Thanks a lot for your great work! Looking forward to the official release of PT4.

Best,
Michael
