It sounds like you are running into a permissions problem. Try disabling User Account Control, rebooting your computer, then reinstalling and see if that works.

[*ycm]You must now restart your computer for the changes to take effect.[/*:mycm]
[*ycm]Once your computer restarts, reinstall PokerTracker 3 with PostgreSQL[/*:mycm][/list:oycm]
[listycm][*ycm][bycm]Note:[/bycm] You may or may not be able to re-enable UAC. If you do re-enable it, make sure that you are running PT3 as an administrator[/*:mycm]
