Zoom HUD and HHs

Postby Furo » Fri Mar 16, 2012 10:11 am

Hi,

1. It looks like the HUD for the real money beta at stars.com is not working. I had a HUD at the test-client but right now PT4 just imports the hands - no HUD
2. The currency conversion for Zoom NL2 is way incorrect: I don`t know what the problem is (maybe the HHs are different?) but my results after 1 hour zoom are far beyond correct. I checked all hands and 10-20% took incorrect currency conversion (to high, to low, no winnings/losings at all, winnings instead of losings and vice versa) so you should check this out please.

A lot of things changed between the Play money tables and the real money tables. Once we have fixes for everything we'll release an update.

The currency conversion is not hand, site, or limit dependent. Can you be more specific about what you are seeing? What kind of exchange rate is it giving you?

e.g.

real win/lose | PT4 give me
-0,07$ | +0,07€
-1,62$ | 0,00€
-0,02$ | 0,00€
-1,75$ | +0,06€

Just a few examples of my results at nl2 zoom today

/edit: and I can`t correct the results because every hand counts as a new session for PT4 so after 2 hours playing I have over 2000 sessions I would need to look and correct. Can you change this (for zoom) in the next beta so it will pack more hands into one session (in the currency conversion window)?

This is already fixed in our internal builds. For now you might want to use a separate database for zoom and make sure you keep your text hand histories around so you can reimport them easily when the new build is ready.

This also might be causing the weird currency results.

Okay thanks tarix!
How long till the next beta? Will it be the last one before the public beta phase will start?

It won't be that long - we don't want to leave you guys without a working HUD for Zoom.
