After last update HUD doesn't appear

Hi, I play MTTs, my problem is that I can't use PT4 after last update, cause appears a popup that explains that the hud cannot be opened, I didn't make any change and before that I had it working fine.

What exactly does the message say? Is it the one that says you may not have any data on your opponents? For MTTs that is very possible if you are against a new set of players - if you play a few hands does the HUD appear?
If not, please attach the PokerTracker4.log file from C:\Users\yourname\AppData\Local\PokerTracker 4\ (which you can access from the PT4 File menu) to a Support Ticket so that we can see what is going on.

The message that I see is exactly that one, and after a few hands the Hud doesn't appear. I am sending the ticket right now, ty. I didn't say it but I play in PokerStars. Ty again :roll:
