Pt3 is not working

My Pt3 was not working ( no hud) so i went to pokerstars configuration and it says: Pokerstars is not configured to save hand histories to disk.
Auto detect was not working so i added hand history directory manualy. After this i started auto import, but it only showed hands wich i played when pt3 was not working properly. When I try to close pt3 it does not respond and it transforms in a blanc frame on the screen and i get a popup wich says: this program is not responding.

Can someone please help me with my problem?

I'm sorry but english is not my first language and i'm not verry good with computers :(

Restart PT3 and click File --> Setup Wizard. In the setup wizard, set up the hand history directory manually just as you did, then run through the rest of the steps. When it finishes, everything should work properly.
