Importing Hand history from email

Bit of a noob when it comes to this, would somebody be able to explain to me how to import my hand history from my hotmail account. I have been playing on pokerstars mobile and have my hand history sent to my email but it just appears in text form in an email. What are the stages for me to be able to import this to pokertracker 3? Thank you for any help and replies in advance.

On the Import -> Manual Import tab click the blue Configure link under Import From Email. In the window that appears use the server "pop3.live.com", port 995 with SSL. Put in your Hotmail username and password and click Save. Then when you click Import From Email you'll get a box which will show your emails and you can pick which have the hand history text in them to import.
