PT4 problem with pgsql I can't understand

Postby udiewhenuryoung » Wed Aug 08, 2012 2:49 pm

Hi!

I was playing a session when suddenly pokerstars freezed (due to PT4?) and the tables I played at went black but still displaying my HUD. I had to reboot my computer and now when I started PT4 I'm unable to get any statistics from my chosen alias. I have about 100K hands with that alias. It just says Loading... for ages when I try to fetch any information at all it seems then I get an error saying "Unable to execute query: SELECT ... (bunch of text, I'm not able to see it all since it doesn't fit the window pane)". I am be able to get stats from my other accounts.

Any ideas?

Please restart PT4 using the Logging Enabled link on your Start Menu and reproduce this problem. Then please send us the PokerTracker4.log file via a support ticket so that we can investigate this further for you. You can find this file by clicking File -> Open User Data Folder in the main PT4 window. The file we need is the text file called PokerTracker that's in the folder that appears.

This file will contain the full error message which will help us in figuring out the appropriate next step for you.
