Have to relaunch HUD alot

Hi,

I am only using the trial version of PT4 before deciding on whether to buy it. So i dont know if that is the reason this is happening but when i am playing and i click "get hands," then the HUD comes up and it works fine. Then, if i open another table some time later, the HUD doesnt open anymore and i need to close PT4 and reopen and then click "get hands," again for it to work. Also, if someone leaves a table and a new person joins the table the HUD wont switch to the new person and just stays the same.

Any help would be much appreciated!

This is how the trial works in 4.02.1 - we have changed this method in the latest beta (4.03) to a larger message on the table to request that you register. If you prefer that method you can upgrade to 4.03 and continue your trial there.

Once you register, the HUD will continue to work without messages or interrupting while you play.

I have the registered version and I have the same problems... I registered 10 days ago, but I suffer always of these problems. If I open a new table it doen`t work, I a new player sit in, no HUD for him, and so...

Please, tell me what I can do.

That sounds like a separate issue which can probably be fixed by sorting out your configuration.
Please report your problem so that we can check your logs and advise you how to proceed.
