Problems with importing hands

Hello, lately I've been having some major problems with PT3. I am multitabling .10/.25$, sometimes the hud doesn't want to start when I play, it's simply blank even though the hands are beeing imported in PT3. Other times it's all working fine for like 20 hands then it stops updating the info at the tables even though it's still imprting hands in PT3, then I have to span the reset button so it works for like 10 hands and after that it stops again. Other times I can se everyones stat boxes except my own at all tables. I haven't had theese problems before like 2-3 weeks ago. Have no idea how to fix it. I have Poker Tracker v3.12.1.

I've tried restarting the problem/stopping auto import starting again during sessions, that hasn't helped though. I tend to have the same problems playing MTTs but not as much though.

Have another question to, I bought PT3 for about 1-2 months ago and now I'm wondering if u had a offer that if u bought it you could upgrade it to PT4 for free since it was so near to the realease?

Based on your purchase date you do qualify for a free upgrade to PT4 - all you need to do to get your PT4 code is to go to our purchase page while logged in and purchase PT4 Holdem and you'll see the 100% discount applied.

Regarding your PT3 issues, you'll want to be using our latest beta - 3.13.9 - available here as that will fix a considerable number of problems in 3.12.1.

I've updated PT3 and re-installed pokerstars to make sure it was installed in english but the problem remains.. When I multitable 6max the hud just doesn't work correctly.

Then please restart PT3 using the Logging Enabled link on your Start menu, reproduce and report this problem and we will investigate further for you.
