How to get Pokertracker to actually get Data

I have installed Pokertracker and PostgreSQL.

However, when I click 'Get hands while playing' nothing is recorded???

Does anyone have any suggestions for what I should do to solve this and what might be going wrong?

What site are you playing at? Have you tried following the Configuration Guide for that site on our documentation page.

I have tried the configuration guide.

I am using Pokerstars.

I have got the HUD display up on the table when I click Show Hands While Playing.

However, no data is being recorded. It is simply showing the number of BB each player has and also it says TRIAL: PLEASE REGISTER at the top of the screen.

Please restart PT4 using the Logging Enabled link on your Start Menu and reproduce this problem. Then please send us the PokerTracker4.log file via a support ticket so that we can investigate this further for you. You can find this file by clicking File -> Open User Data Folder in the main PT4 window. The file we need is the text file called PokerTracker that's in the folder that appears.
