Check and see if you have 'Data Execution Prevention' enabled...
Go Start->Control Panel->System & Maintenance->System->Advanced System settings. Click the 'Settings' button under the Performance section. Under the 'Data Execution Prevention' tab, which option is selected?
If 'Turn on DEP for all programs and services except those I select' is selected then click 'Add' and browse to and select 'PokerTracker.exe' under your main PokerTracker 3 directory.
