just to be clear: only Party Poker FF is supported in latest beta? or whole partygaming family brands?

looks like HUD didnt work on WPTpoker. handhistories imported ok, but still no HUD.

I would have expected it to work on all Party skins, but regardless, please restart PT4 using the Logging Enabled link on your Start Menu and reproduce this problem. Then please send us the PokerTracker4.log file via a support ticket so that we can investigate this further for you. You can find this file by clicking File -> Open User Data Folder in the main PT4 window. The file we need is the text file called PokerTracker that's in the folder that appears.

For clarity, you can change the description of stakes via the menu Database > Adjust Stakes. Select the sessions you want to change and select or enter the description you want to use.

hi there,

thank you for working HUD on fastpoker tables on WPT. however something went wrong with normal tables on this skin. today i played 8 tables simultaneously, all of them had PT icon. but only half of them showed HUD. some dont show HUD at all and on one or two table a i saw 4 players with HUD, but not me and player sitting next to me. mine HUD flickering from time to time for few seconds and then disapears. i grab a log file and sent it to you. ticket: 129677

I found a similar issue with fast forward. The HUD is quite flicky and sometimes stats on a player will disappear for a few seconds. it's quite frustrating if you are in a hand vs this player and suddenly his stats are gone.

Thanks - we'll get back to you via your ticket. Depending on your system specs this could just be data overload as 8 FastForward tables will generate a lot of database queries.

What are your system specs?
How many tables are you playing?
How big is your database?

ok, i identified the issue.
once the box "Enable Fast Forward poker HUD" is chcecked HUD works great on FF tables, but no good on normal SH tables. HUD behave like that on FF. flickering after every hand, like there is some new villians, but they are not.
once i uncheck this option HUD on normal SH tables works like charm, but no HUD od FF tables.

so i need to chcek this option before every session based on what variant i want to play. when i played on Stars, there was no problem with this. PT automaticly decide and HUD was ok on both variants.
