not all sngs graphed?

hi folks,

it looks like pt4 is not displaying all sngs imported when i graph results.
e.g. i import all sngs of a day lets say its 100 and the importing tells me it imported the hands and 100 tournament summaries so all as expected, but when i now graph results for that day i only see the result for e.g. 93 tournaments.
any ideas?

Are you filtering to a specific day? Is it possible that some of the tournaments took place on or around midnight? If so they may be showing as the day before (or after) - you can set the time PT4 considers your day's start date via the Configure --> Reporting Options area in the My Day Starts At box.

doesnt seem to avoid the problem. how is the feature intended. to compensate for the timeshift between local time and server timestamp in the hhs?
i am filtering for today and am missing tournaments in results as well as in graph, but all were imported correctly.

If you remove the filter, what range of times are the tournaments shown as?
What do you have 'My Day Starts At' set to?

i dont really understand the first part. what shall i do there, as i have very many tournaments in my db?
my day starts is set to midnight and i am 6h ahead of est.

i found the problem: i also filtered for super turbo and some were incorrectly not labeled as superturbos.

If you could attach the tournaments that were misdetected to a support ticket we'll look into what caused the improper detection and get that fixed for a future release.
