Works a treat with Pokerstars, then i added Microgaming. Worked first day then next day software crashes and doesnt track anything. Removed Microgaming and works again...
HELP please!

When you start Getting Hands While Playing (when you aren't playing) with Microgaming enabled do you see a lot of duplicates counting up on the Import Status area?

Ok, let it get through all of your hands, then stop Getting Hands While Playing. Then click Configure -> Sites & Import Options and choose Microgaming on the left hand side. Click "Clear Databases Now" and that should fix your problem.
