HUD doesnt work with pokerstars tournament

PT3 imports hands from tournaments normally, but HUD doesnt show...i've looked at HUD tournament options, and it al seems ok...can anyone help me?

i've got maybe a similar problem

for SNG's on PokerStars hands are importing very slowly, therefore HUD doesn't refresh for about 10 hands when 12-tabling, with fewer 4-6 tables the HUD doesn't refresh for 3-4 hands

and it only refreshes when i click "Reset" on PT3 icon drop-down box on the table, then it takes forever to reset, and then i see 10 hands have elapsed, plus Hero's stats dont return

it happened first on Wed 9 Jan, i didnt play yesterday, and today its still same problem

at first i thought ISP problem, but i played from different connection and same problem

i dont think (i hope not) its my laptop's performance

i sent a ticket earlier today, pls help urgently because i cant play unless this is solved, thx

Please make sure you are using our latest PT3 beta (3.13.13) and that you have PokerStars set to play in English - one of those two things will likely fix things for you.

Is this for PT3 as well? If so, make sure that your Cache Status at the lower left hand corner of PT3 is at 100% - if it's not run Database --> Housekeeping --> Update Cache and that should fix things for you once it's done (though it may take a while depending on how much work it has to do).

and yes, i ran housekeeping->update cache before i started playing today

i dont have that version, i ha 3.12.1
for playing in english, i've set just hands in english, and for cash games it works...
i'll try to set in italian, if it doesnt work anyway, i'll upgrade!

I would recommend you upgrade regardless - and you will need to keep things in English in order to work properly.

Please restart PT4 using the Logging Enabled link on your Start Menu and reproduce this problem. Then please send us the PokerTracker4.log file via a support ticket so that we can investigate this further for you. You can find this file by clicking File -> Open User Data Folder in the main PT4 window. The file we need is the text file called PokerTracker that's in the folder that appears.

i'm trying right now a freeroll, with english play and upgraded version, it works!
but it give me the wrong sit place at table, but it is the same sit of cash games, and in cash games it works properly

yes i do...normally seat 3 in 9max table
now i've set it 5 and it works correctly, both cash and tournaments!
