Unable to write inside TEMP environment variable path

Hello, could someone tell me what should i do, if i try to install Postgresql 9.0 and I get this error "Unable to write inside TEMP environment variable path"? It's PT4

That means that PostgreSQL does not have write access to your computer's temporary folder. Do you have Administrator access on the machine? What operating system is this?

It's Win7. Yes, I am the administrator.

Try creating a folder called PostgreSQL in the root of the C drive and installing to there and let me know if that works better for you.
