PT3 for Mac OS and upgrade to PT4

Hi i wanna know if i buy PT3 for Mac now will i get free upgrade to PT4 when it will be released or not?

Yes - if you buy PT3 now you will get a free upgrade to the equivalent version of PT4.

I purchased pt4 yesterday. Only to realize that i made a mistake because i though it supports os x which i am using. I have been using 60 day trial version of pt3 and i loved it. I decided to see if anyone else heard of a similar problem and if it was resolved? While i wait for supports reply.

I believe our standard practice at this point is to just provide you with a PT3 code for use on OS X until PT4 for Mac comes out - which we are working on, it's just taken a while longer than originally anticipated.

We do our best to respond within 24 hours though sometimes at the beginning of the week that doesn't end up happening. It's also a bank holiday in the US which may affect some of our staffing.

It has been almost 3 days now since i submitted my ticket and still no answer. It says "(Open) Waiting for Support's reply" does this mean they read it but did not reply yet? or just that they did not get to it yet?
Im kinda desperate because i cant play without a HUD. I am aware i made a stupid mistake but i think it should be just a formality since if you buy pt3 now you get pt4 equivalent for free when it comes out for mac. It should work the other way around
