Meh, i lost myself a bit there so i'll just post an example here:

This is all my 60s hu hypers as per sharkscope:

This is all my 60s hu hypers as per pt4 results:

This is all my 60s hu hypers as per pt4 graph in chips:
http://i47.tinypic.com/wbp5zc.jpg

Those last two have precisely the same filters and i just changed tabs from "results" to "graphs".
sharkscope as precisely the same number of games and it ends on +211$ profit while pt4 ends on -1433$.

so i made the math (since there are no icm considerations in heads up) of what those results graph should be accordingly to the chips graph and i believe pt4 "results" calculations are super wrong. am i right?

So i exported my hands from pt4 and created a new database with hm1 and imported all hands. I'm getting a lot of incompletes there (that's one of the major reasons why i just changed to pt4) but from 4260 tourneys at 60s it shows 3805 as completes and this is the graph:

although without almost 500 tourneys it's clear the difference and imo way more accurate.

I've been talking over what you've brought up with one of our developers - we believe one possible reason for what's going on here is that you're closing out the tournament before the last hand finishes and the last hand of the tournament isn't being written - that leaves us with incomplete data to import into PT4 and HM treats those differently (though we have plans to give you the option how to treat them in the next beta release). Is this something you do regularly?

If you would be willing to send us the hand histories you have exported we will definitely look into this further regardless. Create a support ticket using this link and let me know when you have and we'll investigate for you further.

Just saw i didn't answer to this. No i don't close tournaments before they end but hm1 was having some troubles and didn't import some last hands and cause tourneys to be incomplete (that's one of the reasons i bought your software). Since a lot of these were imported from hm1 the error might come from there.

The thing is when i created a 2nd database with all my hands sent by pokerstars thru email i believe this mistake still persisted.

I already sent you the hand histories both as sent by pokerstars and as imported from my 2nd pt4 database, 1st with all hands imported from pokerstars emails and then i imported all hands from my 1st database to this one, only then exported them.

Again, thanks for looking into this.
