HUD at Speed Tables at winner poker (iPoker)

Hi ,

HUD doesnt work at Speed tables at winner poker (ipoker).. It works at regular tables fine... Can someone confirm that this is true or Im doing something wrong???

Yeah, Im using PT4.. Sorry I didnt notice that it was for PT3 reports only.. (Im new ,,) Anyway support (Mr David Nilsson) send me an email telling me to make sure that logging is enabled (it wasnt...), so now HUD works fine.. Now I have problems with importing hands... It started at 45h/s, then went down to 17h/s and it drops more... (now 14h/s)... Im not even consider to upload my HM2 database... IT WILL NEED 48hours...

Im just testing the software... I was looking for romething simplest than hm2 (not so much heavy, for ex. for HM2 I was needed a SSD for sure..) and not so much overloaded... PT4 looks very good (well done...it looks more than good) but I see that my pc needs still an upgrade ...

HUD is not working at Speed Tables AGAIN.... What can I say...?? Someone can help, please???????

How were you importing hands? Have you finished going through Setup Sites in Tools -> Setup Assistant? If not, I recommend using that to process the hand history files in your hand history folder. That will need to be completed before the hand history directory is clear and until the hand history directory is clear you will experience performance issues.

Yes, everything has been already Set up…!!!!!!
Configure Currency =Complete
Sites Configuration= Complete
Themes=Complete
Converting hands (from HM2)= I don’t mind yet… because I don’t want to import them yet..

Just FYI..
Configure iPoker Network

It says that ``No iPoker Network Skins appear to be installed…``
- So I have manually added the path to find it… Is this a problem??? If I press AutoDetect then everything disappears so I add the path again… It imports all hands while playing… SO I expect that everything is fine, do you agree???

Now I have two (2) issues..:
- Ηand history directory for iPoker seems not to be clear…but I was importing by using
 get hands from disc > select directory> a file from my disc …. So I don’t see any problem…
- HUD is working in regular tables but not in Speed tables… Why?????… I had the same issue yesterday…then everything was fine (HUD came up on screen at speed tables..) but later nothing again…

CAN you help please??

Get Hands From Disk does not use the HUD. You need to configure that directory (since you know where it is, just add it via the Add button manually, as you figure out), then use Get Hands While Playing. Only Get Hands While Playing turns on the HUD.

For Speed tables you need to make sure Enable Speed HUD is checked and that you start things in the exact order described here.

Also note that Speed is not supported on OS X in case you are using that OS.

ok, HUD lost again.... Every morning when I restart my pc then I dont have HUD in SpeedTables...

Please restart PT4 using the logging enabled link on your Start Menu, reproduce this problem and then report it via our support system with the log file - that will help us figure out what is going on here and get it fixed for you. You can find that file by clicking File --> Show User Data Folder in the main PT4 window - the file we need is the text file called PokerTracker4 that is in that folder.
