postgres not working since kasperky interruption

hello,

i allowed kaspersky to "neutralize all" and immediately found PT4 not working. i went and manually readded permission for all of the postgres files - all are allowed now.



i continue to get the above error when i start PT4. can anyone suggest what i might do next?

It sounds like something happened to the PostgreSQL server. Click Start type services.msc and click on it when it appears. Locate PostgreSQL in the service list. Is it started? If not, can you start it?

Click Start type Event Viewer and click on it when it appears. Expand the Windows Logs area and click on Application. Do you see any errors for PostgreSQL in the top center section? If so please click on it and paste (or post a screenshot) of the error in the bottom pane.
