Moving from PS.it to PS.com

How would I go about including my PS.it hand histories into PokerTracker 3, now that I've started playing on PS.com? I don't have the same username, but I'd like it to combine the hand histories, if that's possible?

You can link your two names together by creating an alias. See this tutorial for details on how to add an alias.
