WTSD & W$SD Non Allin Stat for HUD

Hello,
can you please tell me how can I create a custom stat for HUD for WTSD and W$SD, where bot would be stats without allin preflop and or where a player doesnt put 33% or more of eff stack preflop into pot ?
I'm really big noob with creating stats, thank you very much.
