How to import datas from HM2 to PT4

Postby €1c0gn1t0€ » Wed Jun 05, 2013 9:31 am

Hi,

I have tried HM2 before choosing PT4 so a lot of my hands are not available because imported by HM2. My problem is that the trial license of HM2 is ended and all I've got is a folder C:\Users\Julien\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager\Database\HoldemManager2\Players\2 with datas i would like to reimport in PT4.
How can i do that?

Thanks,

Julien

Ty in fact there's an issue. I played essentially fifty50 on pokerstars and PT4 recognize them only like SNG with always the same prize for 1st, 2nd and 3rd...

Please send us the hand histories of one of these tournaments via our support system and we'll look into why the tournaments are not being properly detected for you.

The green line is using a different vertical axis than the others - it is not scaled to match. You can see it is in euros in the legend at the bottom and the others are in chips. The left y-axis is the axis for euros, the right y-axis is the axis for chips. They are not correlated one to the other.

You re right, that's not the same scales. But...my winnings should have been much more than €31.51 (I remember having done a lot of cashouts) cause when you watch how I crush those 5€ tables with the courb "next expected chips won" that s easy to figure out !!! (I'm not there to brag by the way).
I have no idea why it does that. Gave you in the ticket all the tournaments in a zip file.

That's definitely what it's saying - we'll take a look and get back to you in your ticket.

Yes it's saying wrong...Thank you for your attention I didnt mean to be rude at any point.
And my chips won courb is even higher btw. All are 5€ fifty50 in pokerstars.fr.
