Replayer - Shortcut for Show Known Hole Cards

I'd really like to have a shortcut key for toggling the Show Known Hole Cards option in the hand replayer. I'm already using the shortcut keys for moving about within a hand and between hands and it's a little frustrating to have to grab my mouse to then toggle the known cards.

While you are at it, could you include a request for a shortcut key for the equity calculator as well?

I mentioned shortcut keys for the other options that don't already have them generally, yes.
