permissions error for mac on start up

Postby flushcowboy » Tue Aug 13, 2013 1:14 am

anybody have a clue why i cant get poker tracker 4 to open to the registration screen? I have installed the program and as soon as i try to open it it prompts a screen that says there is a permissions issue and the problem needs to have the permissions repaired in disk utility. I have opened disk utility and it doesnt give me the option to actually repair permissions...the tab is there, like it always is but i cant actually press it...anybody have an idea how long the general response time is to a contact support form? I purchased it...they took my money, but its been a day and a half and they havent replied to my contact support form yet. is this normal?? most sites are rather impressive in their ability to reply almost immediately, if not have a live chat support. any help is appreciated!! thanks

You have to click on your disk first (Macintosh HD) and then Repair Disk Permissions will be highlighted and you should be able to select it.
