Table focus problem on 888

Hi,
I just bought PT4 specifically to play on 888. Now, the tables always pop up no matter what. Even when i click the fold check box, the table will pop up when i'm trying to bet on an other table.
So now, multitabling is unbearable on this site.
How can i remove the popups from PT4 and go back to the original settings from 888, which worked much better?

PokerTracker doesn't control the behavior of the poker client. If they're always popping forward, you should look in their settings - it's possible they have a setting that would do that.

It's weird because when PT4 is off, everything works fine. As soon as i turn it on and the huds appear, the whole behavior changes. Every new hand i get, the table pops up. Could the 888 settings be interfering with the hud?
The problem has to do with PT4, since i have never had such a problem.

I've never heard of anything like this particular behavior.

Please restart PT4 using the logging enabled link on your Start Menu, reproduce this problem and then report it via our support system with the log file - that will help us figure out what is going on here and get it fixed for you. You can find that file by clicking File --> Show User Data Folder in the main PT4 window - the file we need is the text file called PokerTracker4 that is in that folder. We'll see what we can do from there.

I can confirm that I get a similar problem.

With PT4 running, 888 pops up when it's my turn to act - even though I have the auto-focus checkbox disabled.
This makes 888 virtually unplayable - I just can't stand it popping up when I'm in the middle of entering a player note on another site.

But yesterday when I played a game *without* PT4 running, 888 *did* pay attention to the checkbox setting!

This is a known issue but is apparently difficult to solve. I don't know the technicalities but PokerTracker does everything it can to avoid causing any different behaviour in the client, but in this case we haven't found a way to work around how the 888 windows work yet.

Hi. Has this problem been solve yet? Makes it impossible to multitable stacked on 888. I only moved from HEM2 to PT4 due to increased functionality on 888 ie snap table support.
