Is it possible to filter for ranges of M? Thanks.

No - the Hud filters are based on number of big blinds, not M.
It is possible to build custom stats which use M, but if you explain exactly what you want to do we'll be able to give you a more in-depth answer.

Thanks. I'm looking particularly for steal and three bet stats in late tournament. I'm happy to use BB rather than M.

The stack size filters can be configured in Hud > Edit Hud Options > General.
