PT3 Restore error

I recently tried to restore my old PT3 config and databases on a new laptop and am receiving an error. Specifically:

1) Database management -> Restore
2) Select *.backup file.
3) Window pops up saying "file not found"

Any idea what I am doing wrong?

Please open a Support Ticket and report your problem so that we can check your logs and investigate further. In your ticket please also tell us how big your backup file is.
