When you buy poker tracker 4, is it a one off payment (for life) or a monthly/annual thing?

Also, what is the difference between the 'Small Stakes' and the 'PokerTracker' option?

Sorry for the newbie questions, any answers will be very appreciated.

PokerTracker is a one time payment, though we do have monthly service fees for TableTracker if you choose to subscribe to it.

PokerTracker Small Stakes Edition is limited up to and including the following limits:

• No-Limit & Pot-Limit: 0.25 / 0.50
• Limit: 0.50 / 1.00
• Tournaments & SNG's: 22.00 buyin
