Wrong SnG/Tourney results

Postby JayDelay » Fri May 16, 2008 2:38 pm

I am using a registered commercial final version of PT3 on Windows Vista x64 SP1 and am playing on PartyPoker only.

Cashgame stats seem to work as a charm but my SnG and tourney results are displayed completely wrong.
Many of them say "Finish: 0" which results in a negative "Net Won" and ROI value.
I imported the HandHistories mainly from PT2-exported and some original PartyPoker textfiles.

Did you just export these tournaments from PT2, or have they been exported for a while? Is it possible some of the exported tournaments didn't have data in PT2?

I just exported them from PT2 right before I installed PT3 (Export to HH files).
In PT2 the hands of these SnGs have been imported successfully but I never set up the manual data like buyin/rake etc.

Can you manually export one of the missing tournament summaries from PT2 and try importing that into PT3?

I have this problem as well. I just played a few SNGs and they were auto imported from PartyPoker and I don't have any winning sessions. Even more, I have a lot of 0 places, how can I finish in 0?

Place 0 means that PT3 didn't find any placement information. Party doesn't record this information in their hands, as far as I know.

I just finished importing my "beta" database into the retail database, but there are some real messed up stats. I've never entered a $2000 or $300 tournament. What's up with this? On top of that, all of the lenghts of the tournaments are wayyyyyyy too long. 6-man turbo SNGs don't normally last 530minutes

Unfortunately I can't since I already deinstalled PT2 from my computer. I still have the original HH-files from PartyPoker if that helps. It would be nice if someone else could try this.
"Finish" stats generally seem to be false, even when auto-importing. I played about 50 SnGs yesterday with PT3 running on auto-import but it shows either Place 7, 3 or 0 for all of them.

They do, just not directly for the first place!
Here is an example copied from the bottom two lines of an original HH file:

xxx wins 14,010 chips from the main pot with a pair of Threes.
yyy finished in 2 place and won $150 USD.

The times have been fixed for the next release. Can you attach the hands/summary for the $2110 tournament to a support ticket?

Please attach one of the files that shows that line that PT3 isn't setting the winning information for the player to a support ticket.
