hand range visualizer

hi my hud is working good in tournys and cash but when i want to review hands played the hand range visualizer appears along with stat headings on the left but there are no stats and when i change from AA to JJ still nothing , how do i fix the problem

Are you on the Tournament side in PT4? Cash and tournament data is totally separate and you need to click on the T at the top to see tournament data.

yes i am the tourny side ,seems cash does work but not tournys,but cash side isnt shows limit hands

Please check that you have the correct player selected and that you don't have any filters enabled in the sidebar. If you still don't see stats please post a screenshot, or attach one to a Support Ticket so that we can take a look.

all systems go had cleared filters at bottom of page and same problem ,then cleared filters in mid section on left of page and all worked
