HUD works for PokerStars but not 888?

I have just started playing on 888 for the first time and the HUD doesn't appear. My HUD still works fine whenever I play on pokerstars..
what seems to be the issue causing this? it detects no hands when I launch 'Get Hands While Playing'

I have read site configuration.. and checked Get Hands From Site While Playing..
is there something else I need to do?

is your 888 client running on Enlish?

I am having the same issue. Hud works fine for other sites. Language setting is English

Please restart PT4 using the logging enabled link on your Start Menu, reproduce this problem and then report it via our support system with the log file - that will help us figure out what is going on here and get it fixed for you. You can find that file by clicking File --> Show User Data Folder in the main PT4 window - the file we need is the text file called PokerTracker4 that is in that folder.

Hi - has this issue been resolved? I have the exact same problem.

The HUD used to work on 888, now it works only on PS.

We've had a few people report that reinstalling the 888 software can fix some problems as they have been writing incomplete hand histories sometimes. If that doesn't resolve it for you, please create a ticket as well.
