hud not working on 888 poker

hud is not showing on 888
i read the forum how to fix and followed and still not working
on "play poker" tab, 888 poker can not even launch through poker tracker and i went to configure, it says 888 poker does not appear to be installed
i played about 100 hands after pressing "Get Hands While Playing" and doesnt work
I deleted and reinstalled PT4 and still doesnt work

i have poker stars and 888 poker installed, pokerstars can run through PT4 (as i press launch on pokerstars)
888 poker, launch button is unavailable

any idea guys??

oh

and after playing about 100 hands, nothing is shown in PT4, looked in todays hand, and all date hands

and it lags so much

i tried to exit PT4 while im getting hand imported, it would never turn it off by itself

i have to go to task manager and force close it..

need some hands here

If your 888 installation is not where PT4 expects it to be then it can't be launched from within PT4, but you can run it normally.
Please open a Support Ticket and report your problem so that we can check your logs and see what is going on.
