some zoom hands not showing in database

I am missing quite a few zoom hands in my database. Today (for example) i wanted to mark a hand for review but it never showed up in the history. I had to request my last hour of hands from Pokerstars in order to get it in my database to review later. I am using version 4.11.11 windows

Were there any errors report in the View Import Status area?

There is only one error - "unrecognized game type: (line 2)

I asked PS to send me my last 200 hands... when I imported them it said 97 were new and 103 duplicates

Please send us the original hand history via our support system and we'll take a look.

Any update in this issue? All of my stats/results for Zoom poker show up but not a single hand history is in the database . . . please help
