HUD Stats not updating every hand

Hey!

I am playing on PS and at the zoom tables, if I play a hand (get involved in any way) then the same stats appear for the next one and only update after that. Got me into some difficult spots before I realized it.

Please help me out!

I have the same problem, after a few hands the hud freezes.I have been waiting for some answers since yesterday, nothing yet.

mine freezes for one hand displaying the stats of the previous opponents...it's very confusing and frustrating...

Please help us out PT crew!;) we are losing bb's here!:p

reinstalled and reconfigured everything and it's the same... right from the start. Maybe tomorrow we'll get some answers to resolve this.

We're working on some issues with a newer build of PokerStars - as soon as we have a fix it will be released. To be certain that your issue is the same that we're working on, restart PT4 using the logging enabled link on your Start Menu, reproduce this problem and then report it via our support system with the log file - that will help us figure out what is going on here and get it fixed for you. You can find that file by clicking File --> Show User Data Folder in the main PT4 window - the file we need is the text file called PokerTracker4 that is in that folder.

after the new PS update, my HUD works fine now. Hopefully yours as well!;)

I'm still having problems with a really laggy HUD. It updates properly for the first few minutes but then becomes very slow. Also, I thought that we had to manually update PT4, when did you guys start having the program "automatically download" updates?

Certain files, like the fast-fold DLLs have been downloading automatically for a while now - updates to PT4 itself do still need to be done manually.

To make sure the update is applied please reboot your computer then run PT4 and wait for it to finish loading before you open PokerStars.
If it still doesn't work correctly please open a Support Ticket and report your problem so that we can check your logs and see what is going on.
