Hud not working on Speed Tables on ipoker.

Hi. I followed all the instructions to track on Speed on ipoker and I have Avast irewall which is not on the troubleshooting for ipoker and It doesnt work. Could you please assist me? I realized also It doesnt work on normal tables, is my first day on Ipoker. In attach my config window. Thanks!!

I have the same problem as everyone here. I can see that each hand of speed poker is being recorded in PT4 but I don't have a hud on the table. I don't even have the PT4 icon on the table. I made sure to check that I enabled the program to track speed tables. If it matters, I am specifically playing on Titan poker.

Are you playing cash games or tournaments?

I play cash games when I play speed poker.

Be sure to follow the startup order listed here exactly when playing Speed Poker tables, or the Hud won't work.

If it still doesn't appear please open a Support Ticket and report your problem so that we can check your logs and see what is going on.

My analyse is this. Same thing happened to me in Stars. Reason is simple my Antivirus (Bitdefender) gives alarm about files in C:/program files/PT4/data/bin files give alarm about trojan. These files have something to do with zoom-hud. Bitdefender puts files in quarantine and PT4 can't use them anymore. These files can't be marked as trusted in Bitdefender. Why is PT4 using files that give virus alarm even thou these might be false positives? Files should be tested before they are released IMO.

You an add an exclusion for BitDefender as explained here. These files must remain in place for the Speed Hud to function.

I did all this but it does not work! I reinstalled PT and still I got this Really really annoying! Why in the world you are using files that give virus alarm!?? Why don't you test them before release! Now I can't play zoom and I'm losing money NICE!

We do what we can to avoid these kinds of false positives but we cannot control all of the firewall and anti-virus software on the market. If you contact your provider they should be able to walk you through the steps to get an exception added for our files.
