Marked Hands

Postby irishyank12 » Wed Jan 14, 2015 1:10 am

Hi everyone, I'm having a problem with marked hands. I mark hands as I play, and they go into the view todays hands section. then i click the checkmark to click show marked hands only, and go to review...i also have the setting at most recent 4,000 hands. now heres the problem...all the marked hands appear, as they are supposed to, but then all but a few go away after a few hours. for example, i played tonight, and about 20hands were in the marked section. then i check back 20minutes later, and only 3 hands are there...this has happened multiple times...i obviously have some setting that is messing this up...anyone know what the problem is? i hope i explained it halfway decently

thanks so much for any help

Does that happen after midnight? View Today's Hands only shows hands from the current day. If you play past midnight you can change 'My Day Starts At' to a time you never play (say 5am) in Configure > Reporting Options to avoid that, but really if you want to review past hands you should use the View Stats section of PT4 instead - this is where you can see all of your hands.

Hi, thanks for the reply! I do indeed play past midnight, and now that I think about it, that may be the problem. I'm trying to mess around with the time but nothing is happening. And now, because I changed the time, the three from last night are gone. Maybe I'd be better off with the View Stats tab. How can I see specific hands in that tab? Sorry for the dumb questions, I really am just oblivious. Thanks!

In the Overview reports you can double click any line in the bottom pane to get more information on the data in that row. Alternately you can change the Report in the left hand sidebar - several of those will show you a bottom pane which will display hands from whatever row is selected in the top pane. You could also go to My Reports and click New and choose Hand Report and that will show you a report with one hand per row that you can then do further filtering on as you'd like.
