888poker HUD only working at Cash tables.

Hello,

I started this month playing mtts on 888 poker with my PT4.
At the begin my HUD diddnt work so I fixed that. It worked for a week.
Had to take a break because I had some Internet Problems.
Started my first session today and noticed that I had no HUD on my mtt tables.
Opened some push/fold tables to check and my HUD does work there.
Checked everything on 888 and in my PT4 and itt looks fine.

Have no clue why it works on my cashtables and its not appering at my Mtt tables.
Did use my Setup Assistant and there were no problems.
Imports status shows that it is importing hands.
View todays hands shows all hands played.
All the other Pokersites are perfectly working with a HUD

Hope there is somebody who can helps me.

Please restart PT4 using the logging enabled link on your Start Menu, reproduce this problem and then report it via our support system with the log file - that will help us figure out what is going on here and get it fixed for you. You can find that file by clicking File --> Show User Data Folder in the main PT4 window - the file we need is the text file called PokerTracker4 that is in that folder.

Hi.
I'm still using PT3 and I came across the same problem today. HUD works in cash tables but doesn't work in SNG's.
Something I noticed when multi-tabling SNG's, all hands are imported correctly but import status says they're all being imported "from #1 9max", although they're from different tournaments.

PT3 is no longer being supported. Anybody having this issue with PT4 should submit a report as explained above.

Yes, I know PT3 is no longer supported. But for those that might still be using it and find themselves having the same issue, whatever the fix might be it might help them aswell.

Since PT3 is no longer being updated, when 888 (or any other site) changes their hand histories it may stop PT3 working. For on-going support you will need to update to PT4.
