import errors

hi. last week my pokertracker v2 suddenly began having import problems. about 75% of the hands that i play can not be imported due to errors. when i check the error log it reads the likes of "No flop found for game #17574493895."

any thoughts?

What site are you playing on? Please create a log file and recreate the error. Attach the log file to a ticket and please let us know what site you are playing on when you submit the ticket.
