PT4 zoom in game hand 'mark' post update

Hello,

I have noticed I cannot 'mark' hands for ZOOM since the update on all my zoom entries, excluding the 1st entry, which has full functionally. In order to be able to mark hands, I need to reset pokerstars AND PT4. I.e once the first entry has been closed i for timing out reasons I need to do the reset process again. If this is an update issue, that will take time resolve, is there a way to revert the PT4 update?

A further issue I have notices is, hero's HUD only gets displayed on my initial entry as-well.

I've seen a couple of reports on this behavior - it's something we are looking into. If you'd like to be kept up to date on these two issues, please create a support ticket so that we can link you to the appropriate bugs internally.

Is there a way to revert back to the old version of PT4 while this gets fixed?

Zoom will not work at all in the previous version due to the change by PokerStars, but you can download v4.14 here if you wish.

Zoom will no longer work with previous versions of PT4 since PokerStars made a change.
