Pasting Hand History to 2+2

Hi, for some reason I can't get this to work. I go the the hand history viewer and click the middle of the copy options. I then past into the hand history converter but it fails and I get this message: Hand Conversion Failed

The hand history pasted contained formatting, spaces or special characters that are non-standard or was for a site or game type that is not supported.

I realise now as I'm typing this that the converter on 2+2 does say it is specifically for Holdem Manager - is this the problem? Because on Poker Tracker is says you can use 2+2 etc. Any help much appreciated.

To get a PT4 hand into 2+2 format all you do is open the Hand Details window for that hand in PT4, and click the 2+2 button, then paste into the thread you want. An extra converter is not required, we do that work for you.
