AUTO IMPORT ERROR- no flop?

autoimporter will import the files but says 'no hands found'

and the error is NO FLOP FOUND FOR HAND #xxxxxx

i started a new database as a fix and that didnt work.

any ideas? thanks.

my roommate is getting this same error on a different machine. prolly stars update related?
last PT patch was april 18th.

I got the same error, first time yesterday (did not play tournaments on PS before). Hands without flop, turn or river are not being imported.

Ive been getting the same error as well. Does anyone know how to fix it?

Is this on PT2?

If it's for PokerStars, there is a patch stickied in the top of the General forum.

Thanks, WhiteRider, but it's not easy to find on the PT2 forum and as a forum newbie I've only seen the upper search button.
