PAH problem AT PRIMA!

Hello, i cant PAH woking on primas new tables, i only get the table average visiable and it keeps disapering , like its on,off,on,off . Im not sure how to explain it

anybody know how to fix it ?

Are you running the latest PAH version 1.19.6?
Did you have it working properly at Prima before?
Have you tried the 'flicker free drawing' settings?

now i can se the stats but the stat is on the wrong player, it is on the players at the table but on the wrong place.

Anyone ? what do i have to change ?

Are you playing at a site which uses the new prima software? You will need to set that option on the Layout Manager : menu Options.

Or are you using preferred seating? This is not supported at Prima.

I am playing at a site with the new prima but i have the right settings. I am using the "new prima tables" in PAH i cant understand why the stats is on the wrong player

Did you move the stats to the correct places after you chose the 'use new prima tables' option?
I haven't done this myself, but I don't know if PAH automatically moves all your stats?
Are you using preferred seating?

I too had the same problem. I installed the new 1.19.6 beta. I bought Poker Ace HUD back in early 2007 under a different email. Guess what, I can't remember that email password anymore. When I installed, it said to make sure Poker Ace HUD was not running - so I closed it down.

Now when I try to go into the Layout Manager and select "use new prima layout", it says C:/Program Files/PokerAce Hud/Data/Images/table_PNL_10_max_noimg_new.jpg not found

I went into that directory and indeed that file did not exist.

I think I need to uninstall PAH and reinstall the beta, but I'm afraid I'll mess up my licence which I paid $25 for. (I think the licence code is in my old email which I can't get into) What am I doing wrong?!?! I left Poker Rewards (the Prima site in question which I am testing this on) on when I installed the new beta, and Poker Tracker 2 was running, but I don't think that is the problem.

And yes I had it working on the old Prima layout and I had extensively, painstakingly configured about 16 stats for each player trying to cram as much as possible on the screen.

Make sure that PAH isn't running when you re-install. No need to uninstall, just check there is no PAHud process in Task Manager / Processes before running the installer.

ARGH! I just remembered my old email password, found my PAH registration code, uninstalled and reinstalled PAH, reregistering it, and now the layout manager lets me get to the new Prima (Microgaming) layout.

Problem solved by me as usual!

Now I have to redo all that BS from before...unless I can find a way to reuse my old '.pah' file which seems to have stored my stuff.

Still can't figure out why it did that though...

I get my PAH to show the stats but when I try to modify the stats displayed and save my setup, PAH doesnt update the new stats.

Also, where do I get the option for preferred seating for Prima on PAH?
