PT4 Never Recording 2 or 3 start hands

Is there a way to fix this? Its been this way since I started using it. At first I didn't mind, but lately those first hands have seen large sums of money exchanged and missing those hands is seriously skewing my actual BB/100.

I already tried cleaning and rebuilding cache. Didn't help.

I play on partypoker if that makes any difference

Party recently made a change to their software so that player names are anonymous until you are dealt in. A side effect of this (which I assume was unintentional on their part) is that the first hand history for each table has anonymous player names at the start, which means that PT4 cannot import that hand. Until Party resolve this issue we don't have the information required to import these corrupt hands.
If you contact Party support they should be able to send you the correct histories which you can then import into PT4.

Yes, I'm aware of the change as I played there BEFORE the change was implemented and this was still a problem even before they made this change. Even now, it is only the very first hand in which the players are anonymized by PP, yet as I said, it is 2, 3, or even sometimes 4 hands that are not being recorded.

An (I think) related problem I forgot to mention is that if I want the HUD to appear, I have to "Stop Getting Hands" after around 3 hands or so, and then immediately reclick "Get Hands While Playing" or the HUD would never appear.

This sounds very strange. Please restart PT4 using the logging enabled link on your Start Menu, reproduce this problem and then report it via our support system with the log file - that will help us figure out what is going on here and get it fixed for you. You can find that file by clicking File --> Show User Data Folder in the main PT4 window - the file we need is the text file called PokerTracker4 that is in that folder. If you could include the original hand history file as well that would be helpful.

Where would I find the hand history file for the session? You mean the place they are stored on my computer or from within PokerTracker itself? Also what are the files called? I've never really looked at that but would like to include this when I send the info.

Do you just mean the hand history file for the session that is saved as "processed"?

Yes, the original hand history file from the Processed folder is exactly what I meant.
