Very wrong Tournament Description

I'm playing SNG on the Microgaming network. 6 and 9 players.
When I check the PT4 stats and results it show "Urupoker Doble o Nada" as description for every 6 players SNG I play.
Urupoker was a poker client I used to play long ago and I uninstalled it.
I don't know what is going on, or why PT4 is messing with a program that is not even installed in my computer.

This is only happening with the 6 players SNG, not with the 9 players.

Please tell me how to fix this issue, it is very annoying.

After playing one of these tournaments please attach your Gamehistory.dat file to a support ticket so that we can investigate this further for you.

GameHistory.dat cannot be uploaded due to:
Files of type 'dat' are not permitted to be uploaded.
